Trainer approves, certifier signs off
Completed training is approved by the trainer, then signed off by a certifier. Only then does the certification count.
Valid to the first expiry, refresh only what lapses
The certification holds until the earliest expiry in the package. When one training lapses, the person re-does only that part, gets re-approved and re-certified, not the whole package.
